4 and 8 Spindle Pellet Die
Description
Mollart offers 4 and 8 spindle versions of the pellet die drilling machines capable of drilling holes from Ø1.5mm to Ø12mm to a depth of 150 mm. Die capacity is between Ø500 to Ø1,550 mm and chip-to chip times can be as low as 3 seconds.
The CNC control system allows spindle speed and feed rates and drilling depth to be controlled and monitored, and the special developed software ensures the maximum efficiency and protection for volume die production.
Machines are fitted with full CE compliant guarding with access doors to enable loading of components and tool changing.
