40-w Load Module
Description
EL 2000 HS Series stand-alone 40-w load module provides point-of-load connections and point-of-use for fast slew rate dc loading.
Unit offers a smart on-board load head that minimizes inductance, resistive losses, and noise, which pose serious problems with loads using wires to connect to the device-under-test. Also, the EL 2000 HS is designed for sub-1 v testing to meet the demands of low-voltage devices.
Its stand-alone modular POU design, along with its smart on-board load head, allows for positioning the load to DUT without the need for customization.
