AS-Interface Power Supply

In addition to an extensive line of DIN rail mount 24 Vdc power supplies, WAGO Corporation also offers a power supply designed specifically for the AS-Interface fieldbus protocol. Designated the 787-692, this power supply is said to meet AS-Interface specification version 2.1 and carries certification number of 64001. "With the addition of this product to our power supply range, implementers of the AS-Interface network are now able to quickly install a reliable and industrially hardened power supply," said Jim Bachle, Product Manager for WAGO Corporation. The 787-692 offers input voltage range of 97-264 Vac/140-300 Vdc and an output range of 26-33 Vdc (adjustable) and 3 amps (at 30.5 Vdc). Housed in a compact, DIN rail mountable, metal package, the unit features pluggable input and output wiring with integrated maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP connection technology. Additional features include over-voltage protection, short/open circuit proof, thermal overload protection, real efficiency rating of 89%, operating temperature of -10 to 70 degrees Celsius, power OK indicator, and the UL/CSA approval mark.
