AVENTICS Series 652/653 Air Prep Units

Description

AVENTICS Series 652/653 air preparation units can now integrate with AVENTICS Series AF2 flow sensors. The expanded capabilities of the combined solution provide operators a clearer picture of air consumption in their pneumatic systems and deliver valuable insights that can help significantly improve efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

On their own, Series 652/653 air preparation units provide clean air and pressure control to downstream pneumatic devices, offering high flow rates and temperature ratings, while the AF2 monitors air consumption in real-time. Now that they can integrate, end users can benefit from the versatility and wide variety of options this range of filters, regulators, and lubricators (FRLs) offers. Operators can reliably monitor air consumption, including flow, pressure, and temperature, to quickly detect leaks and optimize energy use. With an integrated analysis option, the combined solution provides alerts that enable the appropriate personnel to address early-stage leakage and perform preventative maintenance before issues arise.
