Bag Handling Suction Cup
Description
As bags become thinner, the BGX suction cup has been developed for handling flimsy and oversized bags, addressing the challenge of avoiding damage to the bags or their contents. The lip of the bag cup is designed with a good sealing capability at a low vacuum level.
Produced as a one-piece suction cup with two bellows, it easily picks bags of different heights with a safe and stable hold of the product in the fast/semi-fast robot applications.
The suction cups are made of FDA & EU-approved blue silicone for direct contact with food; they are also suitable for both high and low-temperature applications. They can be configured by choosing between three sizes of lip diameters and six different aluminum push-in fittings designed to attach safely to the robust neck of the cups.
