BRONCO 130 Pressure Sensitive Labeler

As an inline, servo-driven system, the enhanced BRONCO 130 pressure sensitive labeler can be configured to apply single, dual, wraparound, and multi-panel labels to round, square, rectangular, and oval bottles in a variety of sizes. Featuring new software capabilities and new printer options, it achieves highly flexible, reliable labeling with fast, repeatable format changeovers. Running at speeds up to 250 bottles per minute, the BRONCO 130 is ideal for manufacturers and contract packers handling cosmetics, personal care products, food, beverages, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and other applications.

Enabling each system to accommodate a variety of bottle shapes, the BRONCO 130 is available with a variety of bottle handling devices, including a spacing wheel, a starwheel, a chain aligner, and a single or dual feedscrew drive. To apply a range of label types and sizes, each labeler is available with an assortment of label application and wipedown devices, including either one or two servo-driven label dispensers. NJM can equip the enhanced BRONCO 130 with an inline hot stamp printer or a serialization-capable thermal transfer or laser printer.

It features a new versatile PLC, HMI, and servo drive controls platform that offers more advanced software capabilities.

Featuring stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction, an open-frame design, and a raised-bed conveyor, this labeler complies with cGMP standards and offers quick and easy line clearance and inspection. The swivel-mounted 10 in. (254 mm) color touchscreen presents a large and intuitive user interface with electronic recipes and graphical display of machine status and alarms.
