Description
High output filling system features a Power-Lift™ system for powered fill head height adjustment and an Easy-Load™ rotary bag hanger system. These features bring the fill head and bag strap connection points to an ergonomic position directly in front of the operator for quick and easy access. Pallet will automatically be dispensed onto filler deck to accept bag.
After bag connection and inflation, the bulk bag is filled by weight to a programmed set point . Once the fill cycle is complete, the system automatically releases bag straps, deflates spout seal, raises fill head, and discharges filled bulk bag onto a roller conveyor for easy removal.
