Description
Standard Type MC Cables are offered in a variety of specialty configurations, most featuring the ColorSpec ID System. AFC’s ColorSpec ID system allows for easy identification of cables without the need to open any panels. Colors include standard hospital green and fire alarm red, while MC Tuff cables are identified with blue armoring and MC-Quik in purple, over the length of the cable. In addition to armoring color, AFC indicates the phases within each cable with the phase i.d. coloring on the armoring. MC cables come in a variety of configurations including isolated grounds, neutral per phase, super neutral, and home run cable.
