Thomas & Betts introduces the Catamount® Twist Tail™, the only toolless cable tie in the industry. Once a Twist Tail is in place, no tools are required for removal of the excess length. The tail is removed with an easy “bend, bend, twist” motion, leaving behind no sharp edges.

These things are great- they solve a problem you never realized you had. As much as we all like/use cable ties for their strength, versatility, and ease-of-use, let's face it- they can be a pain to work with. You have to cut the excess ends with scissors, a knife, or special tool, and it is never easy nor do you often get a clean cut- which can lead to cutting your finger on a sharp edge later. TwistTail solves the problem perfectly by eliminating the need for any tools to remove the excess tie. You just bend and twist the end, and it snaps cleanly off...job done and on to the next! You'll save a lot of time and aggravation if you work with cable ties a lot, and they are strong and durable. Best of all, MADE IN THE USA. Pick some up and you'll never bother to use the old cable ties or twist ties again.
