Collaborative Robot Ensures Max Safety

Description

The TX2 line of collaborative robots have six-axis machines and corresponding CS9 safety control to ensure maximum safety in this new era of Man-Robot Collaboration (MRC).

These robots are in line with the highest safety category and improve productivity in every facet of automation.  The robot’s coordinates, speed, and acceleration are recorded in real time by sensors to ensure maximum safety.

These robots cover all five stages of Man-Robot Collaboration:

StageOperationOperator

1Hard guarding separates the operator and robotrobot

2Laser (virtual) guarding separates the operator and robotrobot
*operator enters the area periodically

3Laser (virtual) guarding separates the operator and robotrobot and operator
*operator enters the zone regularly during production

4no separation between the robot and operatorrobot and operator
*robot stops when it comes into contact

5 no separation between the robot and operatorrobot and the operator
*move safely in the same space simultaneously
