Cost Efficient/Heavy-Duty Bolted Pallet Racking

Developed for heavy loads, the SUPERBUILD satisfies all pallet racking and DRIVE-IN requirements. DRIVE-IN systems, through the elimination of feed corridors, can more than double warehouse storage capacity. DRIVE-IN's come in two standard configurations, single and double entry. Compatible with the METALSISTEM UNIBUILD modular racking series, the SUPERBUILD is available in three styles with load bearing capacities ranging from 17,000 to 35,000 lbs. The geometry of the SUPERBUILD upright section provides technical characteristics which are far superior to the traditional "C" section. All components are produced from 3.1B (EN 10204) certified high tensile structural steels. Frame components are corrosion-resistant SENDZIMIR galvanized steel. Standard SUPERBUILD beams enable an endless configuration of pallet racking and shelving requirements. The components offer a design with an up to a 4 fold variation in material thickness at the points of maximum stress for and have connectors with 5 anchor points welded to either side for fast on-site assembly. The concave on the top face of the channel provides a solid connection point for shelf panels, secondary beams, drum cradles and other accessories. A two inch upright pitch gives maximum beam location possibilities optimizing the available storage capacity height. SUPERBUILD series beams are interchangeable with the UNIBUILD system. A (RAL 1004) standard yellow powder coating is applied to all beams. A wide range of accessories are available.
