Customized MetalMaster furnaces performs distinctively well with thin section parts and lighter pieces. It operates at temperatures of 1,000 °F to 2,400 °F and has a one-ton loading capacity. It also offers a specially engineered heat exchanger and turbine blower that is designed to optimize gas flow for more efficient cooling.
The horizontal-loading vacuum furnace with 2-bar gas quenching is ideal for Aerospace brazing and other high vacuum applications.
