Description
The A5000 Digital Panel Meter offers several advantages in one innovative meter. Its modular design uses interchangeable PC boards to provide a selection of seven output choices and 18 input choices.
The A5000 can measure virtually any signal and provides a bright, high-visibility digital display. This means that the same meter style can be used across any panel for aesthetics, but more importantly, for consistent readability. Front-panel membrane pads provide quick and easy setting adjustments. Two models are available, with and without display of setpoints. These industry-standard 1/8 DIN size meters include a 90-264V AC or 9-60V DC power supply.
Output choices include none, HI & LO setpoint with 8 amp relays, analog signal, RS-232C, and RS-485—individually or in combination. Input choices include various ranges of DC voltage, DC current, AC current, AC voltage, resistance, temperature, frequency, strain, and process measurement. Removable plug-in terminal connectors. The main display for the A5000 is via red LED (14.2 mm Height) with the sub-display for setpoints (if selected) via green LED (8 mm height) with a maximum of four digits and an over-range display (OL or –OL). Decimal point can be set to any digit position. Operating conditions are 0 to 50°C and 35 to 85% RH. Power consumption is approximately 4VA. The conversion rate is 12.5 times per second. Dimensions are 96 (L) x 48 (H) x 147.5 mm(D) with a weight of approximately 450 g.
