DOUBLE LENGTH BELLOWS ADDED TO LINE OF CONVAL BELLOWS SEAL VALVES
Description
Conval offers a complete line of single and double bellows seal valves. The new double length bellows allows for the same zero emissions as the reliable single bellows with over double the Cv in the same pipe size.
These valves are ideal for applications where packed valves may not reliably contain light gases or hazardous system fluids, due to leakage in the stem/packing seal area or stuffing box wall/packing seal area. Conval bellows seal valves meet all of the rigorous requirements of MSS SP-117, and provide the longest cycle life in the industry.
Conval bellows seal valves are available in 1/2" through 4" sizes, in Y, T and angle configurations, through ASME/ANSI Class 2500. Standard materials include: carbon steel SA105; chrome-moly SA182-F22, F91; stainless steel SA182-F316, F316L and F347. Optional materials are available upon request. Accessories include: electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators; open, closed or both locking devices; single or dual limit switches; stem shroud; position indicator; and leak-off port. Key features include: zero fugitive emissions, low operating torque, in-line servicing, double back-up seating, extended seat life, design flexibility and two-year warranty.
