Dual Chamber Furnace Is Ideal for Heat-Treating High Speed Steels
Description
Built with rugged 12-gauge reinforced sheet steel, HS8 Series heats to 2,450°F in the upper chamber with silicon carbide heating elements mounted across the roof and below the hearth.
Upper chamber is insulated with 6.5-in. of combined ceramic fiber hot face and mineral wool cold face insulation for low power demand. Lower chamber includes a recirculating oven reaching up to 1,600°F.
