CIECO announces the release of their machine Efficiency Analysis Reporting System.
EARS is a wireless or Ethernet machine monitoring system that will monitor and log production
information to a database. You can view real time data on your PC for up to 75 machines. Data
is saved and can be used to produce custom reports in Excel, Access or Crystal such as parts per
minute, parts per machine, parts per shift, up time, down time, etc. It's easy to retrofit, does not
require custom hardware or software and is independent of any other machine control.
