AirPouch Pillow Separators, runs at speeds up to 200 feet per minute and is ideal for high-volume packing operations, work with the AirPouch Express 3 Void-fill protective packaging system to automatically dispense just the right amount of void-fill air pillows for faster packing.
The packaging solution includes an operator-friendly HMI control panel to pre-set the desired amount of pillows needed. The system automatically counts and separates pillows that are inflated on demand. The operator can now focus on packing instead of counting and reduces fatigue and human error.
