Description
UL-94V0 approved EC-1006M-4 flexible epoxy can be cured at room temperature or with mild heat. This low-viscosity, low-stress system allows for encapsulation of even the most intricate circuits and components. It can be temperature cycled from -55 ot 120° C, has excellent resistance to mechanical and vibrational shock with outstanding environmental protection.
The EC-1006M-4 is thermally conductive giving it the capability for high heat dissipation making it ideal for potting and encapsulations that require thermal stability. This epoxy is a superior choice for all electronic protection requirements.
