Flexible FEP Corrugated Tubing Turns Sharp Corners Without Reducing Flow

Description

Tex-Flex™ FEP corrugated tubing from Parker-TexLoc is capable of turning sharp corners with very small bend diameters without reducing the inside diameter of the tube.  In fact, the bend diameter is almost 4x smaller than a typical smoothbore tube of the same size.  Increased bend diameters allows the tubing to work well in confined spaces, wrapping around machine legs and other obstacles that would normally restrict or kink a smoothbore tube.

Tex-Flex™ corrugated tubing is lightweight, seamless and extremely clear, allowing operators to monitor any material passing through the tube.  The non-stick surface allows for easy cleaning and bacteria free transport of media.   "Tex-Flex™"  FEP corrugated tubes have a maximum continuous operating temperature up to  200°F/93°C @ 0 pressure.  It is often used as an electrical insulator or fluid conduit with robots that have flexible arms to deliver electrical wiring, air, or corrosive liquids.  In semiconductor applications, such as wafer machines, Tex-Flex™ is offered in a high purity PFA.  High purity PFA has a maximum continuous operating temperature up to 300°F/148°C @ 0 pressure.  For higher-pressure applications, the tubes can be stainless steel braided.

Sizes range from ¼” inch up to 2” and tubing is priced according to material, size, configuration and quantity.  Samples, price quotations and literature are available upon request.
