High Flow Booster

Model M4800 pneumatic volume booster is designed for ultra high flow requirements, having a flow capacity of 500 SCFM and a Cv of 9 in both forward and exhaust modes.  The M4800 has an integral bypass valve which allows the user to adjust output gain and damping during actual operation for quick commissioning and optimum system performance.  This highly accurate unit is designed for valve positioners and other valve actuation mechanisms to deliver rapid response in conjunction with very sensitive control devices, such as feed and bleed solenoids and other valve positioner actuation components.  The M4800 unit is compatible with compressed air, natural gas and many other media and offers top performance in an economical package.   Fairchild’s QUICKSHIP™ fast delivery of the M4800 enables engineers to quickly obtain this high performance booster to complete design and installation of automated systems much faster.
