Spring Lake, Michigan — XP43CZ XenoPRESSURE® accumulation conveyor combines the best features of several current technologies to provide high-speed, quiet accumulation at an economical price. Due to its unique brake design the new XP43CZ costs an average of 20% less than previous non-contact accumulators. Low cost, along with speeds up to 180 fpm, makes XP43CZ a great value solution for non-contact accumulation. In addition to speed and value, XP43CZ offers exceptionally quiet operation at less that 60 db(A) at 120 fpm through the use of cushioned pneumatic actuation. This feature also increases component life.
The unique XenoBRAKE design utilizes a quiet pad assembly. The zone sensor signals the XenoBRAKE assembly to rise against the underside of the carrying rollers, stopping and locking their rotation. This stops the product in that zone. XP43CZ incorporates CRUZcontrol which has an integral photoeye, solenoid valve and control module. CRUZcontrol is pre-assembled and local control logic is built in rather than added at installation, greatly reducing field wiring and implementation time and expense.
