HVA Series High-Voltage Thru-hole Resistors
Description
The HVA Series offers high voltage handling up to 8,000V in a small package size. The RoHS compliant and halogen-free series offers resistance values from 1M up to 1G in tolerances as low as 1% and in 200 ppm TCR. The high voltage film achieves a VCR of 20 ppm/V or better.
The voltage and power ratings offered are as follows:
- HVA05: 0.5 W, 6 x 2.5 mm size, 3,500V working volts
- HVA08: 0.8 W, 8.5 x 3 mm size, 7,000V working volts
- HVA12: 1.2 W, 11 x 4 mm size, 8,000V working volts
