Hydrauic Expansion Toolholder for Micron Precision
Description
TENDOzero hydraulic expansion toolholder operates with a run-out accuracy of 0.0 mm, so it can be used quickly and reliably in demanding applications with tight tolerances of shape, position, and surface quality, such as drilling, reaming, and line boring.
The four lateral set-screws are directly integrated into the precision mounting, and compensation for the spindle’s run-out errors are done at the machine. Even cuts are made and micro blow-outs at the cutting edge are minimized due to excellent vibration damping.
The precision mounting is available for the following interfaces: HSK-A 63 and 100, SK 40 and 50, BT 40 and 50, CAPTO C4, C5, C6, CAT 40, and CAT 50.
