K-6100 Series PVC Replacement Technology

K-6100 Series TPE material can replace problematic PVC in fluid pathway systems. The new PVC replacement meets Class VI standards and is ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10003-4 certified. Free of halogen, plasticizer, and animal derivatives, this tubing is recommended for use in fluid storage, transportation, and delivery of fluid to the body where PVC is used. It is autoclavable to 121ºC and is radiation sterilizable as well. Available in three durometers (65A, 75A, and 84A), the K-6100 Series  offers high clarity and a non-stick surface. This material is non-toxic, non-hemolytic, and is both heat-weldable and solvent-bondable.
