Kaeser Air System Enclosures (KASE)

Description

2022 NED Innovation Award Finalist

Kaeser Air System Enclosures (KASE) are complete compressed air systems delivered ready to operate in a secure, weatherproof enclosure. Each is designed for reliability, simple maintenance, and great energy efficiency. They eliminate space, weather, and accessibility constraints and greatly reduce construction and installation time.

KASE installation eliminates the need to expand or build a new compressor room, which is costly in both time and money. You can scale up quickly to meet expanding production or avoid downtime if you are renovating, and a KASE typically requires little or no permitting. And if you ever need to move it, you can. From the base plate up, each KASE has been engineered with service needs in mind, ensuring service access for regular maintenance and repairs. For safety, interiors are well lit and each machine has a dedicated electrical disconnect.

Each KASE is designed to provide a clean, temperature-controlled operating environment for the air system. This reduces service costs and increases equipment life and performance while removing a source of heat and noise from the shop.

From compressors, dryers, and filters, to the piping and controls, KASE achieves the same superior energy efficiency as Kaeser’s in-plant systems, resulting in more air for the money. Integrated controls provide energy management without sacrificing stable pressure performance, and is capable of tracking and recording energy data full-time.
