Description
Ironclad Wash Down LED High Bay fixture is an NSF-rated replacement for a 400 W HID lamp. Its sleek design allows water to easily run off the sides, making it ideal for high-pressure washdowns. At 200 W, and with a lumen output of 26,000, it boasts 130 lm/W, making it a DLC-qualified product.
This wash-down fixture is manufactured using aluminum alloy and a polycarbonate lens, rather than a glass one, to easily conform to food-grade standards. Its smooth body, strong build, and intentional lack of screws give the fixture an IP69K rating; it can be easily hosed down up to 1,500 psi. The Ironclad Wash Down LED High Bay fixture was made with food manufacturing applications in mind, however, it’s also useful for chemical facilities, beverage processing, pet-food production, factories, outdoor, and marine applications.
Ironclad Wash Down High Bay has an ambient temperature rating of -30 to -50°C and comes in a 5,000K color temperature. Its ratings include cULus, DLC, NSF, RoHS, IP66, and IP69K. A 7-year limited warranty is offered on this product.
