Description
Ideal for new, questionable, damaged, defective or End of Life batteries, the Lithium-Ion Battery Storage Solutions provide facility and environmental safety. The purpose-built containers can store Li-Ion batteries from 1 to 10KG up to 100 W.
Protecting against fire hazards due to thermal runaway, deep discharge, mechanical deformation or chemical reaction, it offers two hours of fire resistance. Each unit can include thermo-dissipative media (class D fire). They follow guidelines within NFPA 704, IFC 608, FM 5-55, and applicable EPA regulations.
The units also feature integrated forklift pockets for easy relocation, a solidly welded construction, and integrated vents for passive ventilation. A lockable, hinged lid and doors keep the contents safe, and all sides are clearly marked to alert personnel of contents and hazards.
