LWLF2 Linear Motion Rolling Guide

The LWLF2 linear motion rolling guide features a compact, lightweight design for easy mounting in tight spaces. It is designed with tapped rails for bottom mounting and stability. It also features the same ultra-small 0.098 in. (2.5 mm) height dimension as its predecessor, the LWL1. The LWLF2 guide is structured with two rows of balls that make contact with the raceway at four points to provide high stability and accuracy.

Another benefit is its corrosion resistance; stainless steel construction is standard, making them useful in wet environments, cleanroom environments, and applications where rust prevention oil cannot be used. Additionally, the guide has a track rail width of 0.079 in. (2 mm) and slide unit width of 0.2 in. (5 mm).
