The size and weight of the camera are a thin 75 x 75 x 43.4 mm at 460 g without lens mount. Active cooling fan eliminate temperature oscillation found on passively cooled cameras, which is a major advantage for applications that need reproducible measuring results. The LM-Mount allows integrators to install high-quality Leica-M and Zeiss ZM lenses. Tap-balancing and flat-field correction algorithms have been improved since the previous model to provide even more fidelity to the images.
