Motor Enables Conveyor Modularity

The quick disconnect motor provides users an array of benefits that increase conveyor modularity, application options, ease of use and maintenance.
The connector enables a quick direct connection between the brushless DC motor and controller with an easy-to-use lock lever that does not require tools or additional hardware. The new connector makes it easier than ever to perform motor replacements or modify control options while in the field.
The possibilities for remote mount locations are endless with cable length options ranging from 20 inches to 65 feet long. The control package can be mounted anywhere along the conveyor’s sidewall, leg supports or remote mounted away from the conveyor.
Additionally, the new motor has achieved an IP66 degree of protection for its watertight performance, allowing it to be used in high moisture applications. With the new IP66 rating, DynaCon conveyor systems can be fully submerged in a water tank when rapid parts cooling is needed.
DynaCon conveyor systems offer users the ability to configure their own conveyor systems using modules (like Lego® building blocks) to configure and later reconfigure their conveyor layouts. Flexibility of design includes choices for length, width, inclines, declines, lateral turns, belt styles and an array of accessory options. Modules are built using plastic injection molded parts, which bring strength and durability to the systems while being light-weight enough to be portable. The systems are designed to require no maintenance, lubrication or need for belt tracking. Reconfiguration of the DynaCon systems offers an eco-friendly and sustainable conveying solution.
