NEMA Junction Boxes

Polycase announces the new YQ Series of NEMA-rated electrical junction boxes.  The US-manufactured YQ Series is designed to protect your components in harsh environments, meeting NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 5, 6, 6P, 12 and 13 specifications and IP68 of IEC 60529 requirements (UL File No. E352997). The YQ Series is available in eight sizes, ranging from 6”x 4” through 16”x 14”, and is molded from impact-resistant polycarbonate. 

The YQ Series electrical enclosures feature stainless steel screws for corrosion resistance, a waterproofing closed-cell gasket, and a cover available in opaque or clear. The enclosures are surface-mountable with your choice of mounting feet or mounting flange. The YQ Series is ideal for use in markets such as marine, water treatment, utility, alternative energy, or in any environment where non-corrosive, waterproof enclosures are required.
