New Piranha Press Brake Joins Ironworkers at IMTS

Hutchinson, KS – May 2006 – A Piranha Pro2, an affordable synchronous twin cylinder press brake will be demonstrated at IMTS. The recently introduced Pro2 Series product line offers a variety of sizes and tonnage choices. Pro2 brakes are capable of most general purpose fabricating from precision thin gauge to heavy plate.
Pro2 Series features include:
- Two vertically mounted hydraulic cylinders, synchronized to maintain .0004” parallelism and repeatability.
- Linear feedback devices on each side of the brake stabilizing machine action.
- High speed rapid approach and return for productivity.
- A variety of CNC full-featured control options from digital to graphical.
- Several back gauge options including multi-axes gauging systems
- Multiple safety options.
- Models from 65 tons to 500 tons; bed lengths from 8’ to16’.
