The new QDM line of gear pumps by B&D Pumps combines the best principles of gear and magnetically driven pumps. Engineered without any drive seals, the QDM line offers a leak free, pulse-less, magnetically driven operation. Designed to operate with virtually no mechanical friction the QDM is ideal for projects with constraining factors such as reduced audible operation, reduced power consumption and leak-proof reliability. In keeping with B&D’s philosophy of Make It Your Way, the line is offered in several made to order configurations and is available in a variety of materials, port sizes and motors. The QDM has been engineered so that its packaging can be easily modified to fit and even retro-fit into virtually any project. In fact, the pump head is easily removable and economically replaceable for projects with contamination factors. The QDM line is 2 – 3.75 inches in overall length and is offered in 6,12 and 24 VDC Brush and Brushless Motors and offers a performance range with Flows up to 2,000 ml/min and Pressures up to 30 psi.
