CPC (Colder Products Company) announces the expansion of its NS4 Series quick disconnect couplings to now include elbow insert configurations. The lightweight, innovative couplings provide secure and reliable drip-free performance.Easy-to-use NS4 Series couplings include shutoff valves that ensure drip-free disconnects and effectively eliminate costly spills or drips. The non-spill design of the NS4 limits air inclusion, minimizing contaminants and protecting critical system components. With its intuitive and ergonomic thumb latch, the NS4 provides users with the “CPC Click” and confidence a reliable connection has been made.

With the introduction of the new NS4 elbow inserts, users no longer need to coil or bend tubing in tight or constrained control boxes. New NS4 elbow inserts are offered in panel mount and in-line configurations in 1/4- and 3/8-inch hose barb terminations.The NS4 Series couplings are constructed from glass-filled polypropylene and thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) materials that ensure reliable strength and chemical compatibility for a wide range of applications. Available for applications with tubing sizes 1/8- to 3/8-inch, NS4 Series quick disconnect couplings are ideal for applications including analytical instrumentation, medical devices, In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), cold therapy, wound drainage, patient therapy management, printing and ink management or any market requiring an easy-to-use connector with drip-free performance.NS4 Series couplings are a part of CPC’s non-spill product family. Equipped with valves that ensure dripless disconnects, non-spill couplings are available in a variety of configurations with tubing ranges from 1/8- to 1/2-inch.
