Mighty Mini Oil Skimmer
Description
The Mighty Mini is the ideal solution to unwanted oil in coolants and parts washers. It can extend the life of coolant and wash water, saving money on coolant costs. The Mighty Mini has removal rates of 1 to 2 gallons of medium-weight oil per hour, depending on the belt selection. The wiper blades fit securely in the trough and allow for cleaning on both sides of the belt, ensuring better oil removal efficiency.
The trough is removable which allows for easy and quick clean-up. The stainless steel construction allows it to operate in harsh chemicals and heat. An integrated timer permits automatic operation. The Mighty Mini is the smallest skimmer in the Abanaki line. Weighing only 8 lb., the lightweight and small footprint allows it to be placed anywhere and fits underneath most CNC machines. It can even fit through a bunghole in a 55-gallon drum.
This skimmer includes a long-life, fan-cooled motor and uses specially engineered belts for oil removal. Installation takes only seconds, and the Mighty Mini can be equipped with an optional mounting bracket for either vertical or flanged tank installation.
