PackMate Case Erector

PackMate combines case erecting and positioning for packing in one semi-automatic operation. It only requires an air connection and sets up in minutes out of the box. PackMate increases speed and efficiency since it only takes one person to do a job that would normally require two people to complete. 

The minor flaps of a case are closed as the operator places it into the PackMate. The machine positions and holds it securely for packing, closes the major flaps, and discharges the filled case for taping or other downstream operations with the push of a button. The PackMate eliminates struggling with erecting and supporting cases, and adjustable features include height, tilt, case guide, and the location of the operator control button. Requiring only an air connection, the PackMate comes ready to integrate into your packing system right out of the box.
