Panel Pilot
Description
Lascar Electronics has announced the release of Panel Pilot, a simple, Windows-based software platform allowing users to configure and customize a range of Lascar-compatible color displays. By connecting the display to the computer via USB cable, Panel Pilot allows users to choose a display type from a selection of analog, digital and bar graph styles; the display colors; any text labels and scaling if required. Once all display choices have been made using this simple click-through application, users can save the configuration and download it to the display. If preferred, displays can be ordered preconfigured from Lascar Electronics, or for the advanced user, configurations can be made using the display’s SPI and I²C bus capabilities. Panel Pilot is introduced with six standard display configurations.
