PEKK-Based Thermoplastic

FDM Antero 800NA is a Stratasys PEKK proprietary blend. As opposed to other thermoplastics, it boasts excellent mechanical properties and the highest chemical resistance available in FDM materials. The material is ideal for customized parts needed at low volumes, even in larger sizes, with a standard tolerance of +/- 0.010” or +/-0.0015 per inch (whichever is greater). It also exceeds the NASA specifications for selecting spacecraft materials with low outgassing properties making it an ideal for aerospace applications, such as space vehicle components, ducting, clips and ground support equipment, among others, as well as components in high-end manufacturing that may be exposed to high temperatures and chemicals, such as custom tooling, under hood and fuel components and custom housings for oil and gas.
