PIE 235 Voltage Calibrator

Quickly verify and calibrate all the process voltage signals in your plant or in the field.  Unique to the 235 Voltage Calibrator is its ability to calibrate voltage inputs in a live loop by clipping across the 250 ohm resistor on the back of the recorder or other monitoring device – no need to disconnect any wiring!

 Calibrate DC voltage receivers with accuracy up to ±0.02% of Reading. Source up to 999.00 mV, 1.000 to 5.000 V, 0.0 to 125.0% of 1 to 5 V, 0.000 to 20.000 V and pH. Simply select from 0.000 to14.000 pH and the 235 outputs the corresponding millivolt signal to your pH transmitters and analyzers. Use the 235 as a portable 24 V supply to power 4 to 20 mA loops with up to 1,000 Ohm loads.

 Quickly set any output value with the adjustable dial plus store any three output settings for instant recall with the EZ-CHECK switch. Enable automatic stepping and ramping for fast verification of instrument linearity and to free both hands to write down your data.
