T. J. Snow Company has developed a complete kit to use in setting the variables of resistance welding machines to achieve optimum results. The Quality Weld Assurance Kit (QWAK) includes a specialized secondary welding amperage meter and a weld force gauge.
Several models and price points of meters and gauges are available and customers can take advantage of cost-savings with T. J. Snow’s QWAK by combining the items into a kit. Several resistance welding reference books are included, such as Resistance Welding Schedule Development (Szabo), Resistance Welding Safety for Operators (Szabo), and additional reference materials and tools packaged in a sturdy aluminum carrying case.
With the QWAK from T. J. Snow, operators will be able to set up resistance welders more efficiently and diagnose welder and control problems before serious production issues occur.
