Radar Level Transmitters


Non-contact radar transmitters are suited for use where vapor, dust, or a foaming surface prevents ultrasonic measurement. The radar sensor uses microwave pulse technology to track target liquids from the antenna tip to the bottom of a tank. This advanced “echo marker” signal processing provides a reliable continuous pulse shape unaffected by environmental conditions. The LVRD500 transmitters are available in RS-232 and RS-485 models.
