Radially-Compliant Deburring Tools: RC-900 and RC-1040

Description

All ATI Compliant Deburring Tools can use a robot to deburr aluminum, plastic, steel, and similar materials.

RC-900 (900-w) and RC-1040 (1,040-w) Radially-Compliant Deburring Tools feature the same air-actuated compliance as the previous RC-660 (660-w) model, but with a motor that is 50% more powerful. This allows the tools to handle more robust jobs. They are also more balanced and provide more uniform compliance forces regardless of orientation, and can also easily be converted from full-radial compliance to single-axis compliance.

RD-390-NL offers significantly lower-speed, radially-compliant deburring, running at 2,800 rpm while under load and 5,600 rpm under no load. This model also features the ability to almost instantly be converted between radial and single-axis compliance.
