RSA-265B Remote Switch Actuator
Description
The RSA-265B remote switch actuator allows technicians to safely and remotely operate Eaton Series NRX circuit breakers from outside the arc-flash boundary up to 300 ft (91.4 m) away. Installation and operation of the RSA-265B do not require any modifications to existing electrical equipment with switchable magnets that attach on and detach from switchgear quickly and easily. At just 25.35 lb. (11.5 kg), the device is portable and easy to install and remove from switchgear in hard-to-access areas.
It is compatible with the RF Frame (1600-3200 A) configurations of Eaton Series NRX circuit breakers in industries such as power generation, chiller/HVAC, petrochemical, water/waste treatment, pulp/paper, data centers, and distribution facilities. The control/power source is the CBS ArcSafe RSO-III D control console.
