Safety Gates Afford Permanent Hazard Protection

OSHA-compliant Kee® Gate self-closing safety gates provide permanent hazard protection for openings, ladder/stair access points, roof hatches, platforms, mezzanines, and restricted areas in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Kee Gate is independently tested to EN 12400, Category 4, Moderate Door Use to last 50,000 cycles, approximately five times as long as the industry standard, the company states.

Ideal for new construction or as a retro-fit solution to existing fixed structures where protection at openings with regular access is required, Kee Gate is available in nine standard sizes from 18” to 48” wide. All gates can be modified without cutting or welding up to 3-1/2” to accommodate larger or smaller openings, the company states. The U-bolt connection allows the gate to be connected to flat, square, or tubular posts from 1” to 1-1/2”.
