Effectively assuring the protection of the operator, Duelco Safety Solutions' line of 2 Hand Control Stations with E-Stop button provides precise control for dangerous applications.
The PCB3 Control Station has a smelted-aluminum cover with a protection lid over each pushbutton and is available with reserved holes for up to 4 additional pushbuttons. The bottom base is made up of cast aluminum with a central opening of 7.9 x 3.5 in. (200 x 90 mm) for cable entry with an 0.08-in. (2 mm) thick rubber seal between the base and cover to protect the terminals against dust, oil, and water.
Also available for the PCB3 is the TST-4 Hand Sensor Actuator which is designed to eliminate hand, wrist, and arm stresses associated with mechanical push buttons. Typical mechanical pushbuttons require around 2 lb. (0.9 kg) of pressure to actuate whereas the TST-4 requires no physical pressure to operate. They have LED indicator lights to display “power on” and “output activated” modes, are EN-60204-1 compliant, and offer a protection rating of IP65 with supplied pushbuttons.
