Saw Arm Assemblies for Custom Systems - Kalamazoo Machine Tool

Description

Kalamazoo Industries now offers seven different Saw Arm Assemblies enabling users to engineer their own custom cutting systems. The assemblies are available with a range of choices, including arm assemblies for 10-inch, 12/14-inch, and 16/18/20-inch blades, abrasive, non-ferrous or dry cutting, OSHA guards on some models, and manual and semi-automatic operation. All saw bases are made of heavy cast iron.

The Model KM20AS (manual) and the Model K20AS (semi-automatic) saws have a 16/18/20-inch blade arm assembly, 2500 RPM spindle and a 15 HP 3-phase motor. The Model K10AS manually-operated saw features a 10-inch blade arm assembly, 3450 RPM spindle, and a 3 HP, 1-phase or 3-phase motor. The Model K12-14AS manually-operated saw features a 12-14-inch blade arm assembly, 4400 RPM spindle, and a 5 HP 1-phase or 3-phase motor. The Model HS14AS manually-operated saw has a 12/14-inch blade arm assembly, 4400 RPM spindle, an OSHA guard for carbide-tipped blades, and a 5 HP, 1-phase motor. The Model HS12ASPH has the same features, but offers a semi-automatic, air/oil down feed. The Model HS14ASDC manually-operated saw features a 12-14-inch blade saw arm, a dry cut carbide blade for 1/4-inch wall angle, tube and structural shapes, a 1300 RPM spindle and a 5 HP 1-phase or 3-phase motor.
