Combining impressive durability and solid performance, the Gladiator washdown scale provides high levels of protection. Built to endure, the hard-wired mains cable entry safeguards the scale’s interior from water, dust and other harsh industrial elements. The keypad is also sealed, reinforcing security from any dirt and spills that may occur. Overall, the Gladiator’s robust construction, made up of high-quality 304-grade stainless steel to prevent rusting, allows it to withstand long periods of industrial use.
The Gladiator range offers a wide selection of capacities from 8 to 300kg and readabilities from 0.2g to 0.01kg. In addition, the series offers four different pan sizes (from 250 x 250mm to a generous 450 x 600mm) to meet a variety of application requirements.
Featuring a large display with 40mm-high digits, results can be viewed clearly. With the addition of a color-changing backlit display, the display shifts in checkweighing mode for at-a-glance notification if you are over, under or within a pre-set limit, which is critical in busy food processing, recipe, and batch weighing environments. Color-coded keys located just under the display also facilitate quick recognition of the most frequently used buttons for intuitive operation.
The internal rechargeable battery allows the Gladiator to operate for up to 90 hours, making the scale an ideal choice for a variety of applications that may require prolonged use, especially in environments where access to electricity may be limited.
The Gladiator supports multiple applications, from the hold function that freezes the displayed weight (allowing time to elapse without losing the result) to parts counting mode to effectively cover a range of customer needs and requirements. Data recording and tracking needs are also met with GLP-compliant date and time printout capabilities and optional RS-232 interface connectivity.
