SCRUBS® SOLAR GUARD™ Sunscreen Wipes to help protect outdoor workers and route drivers from the harmful effects of the sun. The individually packaged towels are easier to carry and use than creams, lotions or sprays to help establish a daily year-round application routine.
SOLAR GUARD™ is FDA-registered and combines a unique blend of four active sunscreen ingredients which are proven to protect skin from both UVA and UVB radiation. Its formula has the added advantages of being rapidly absorbed into the skin, extremely water and sweat-resistant and greaseless. The product does not leave any oily or sticky residue that could interfere with gripping tools or handling equipment.
Each individually-wrapped 8x10” wipe is saturated with enough lightweight liquid sunscreen to provide SPF 30+ protection to hands, arms, face, neck and ears. The large lint-free wipe is easy to unfold and remains open for thorough application without shredding or pilling.
Routine use of sunscreen is recommended as part of the OSHA and CDC sun protection guidelines, which also include wearing head protection, tightly woven clothing and UV-absorbent eye protection, limiting exposure and seeking shade.
