Semi-Automatic Dual Bandsaw

Offering a 12 x 20 in. cutting area, the Semi-Automatic Dual Column Bandsaw is great for cutting large parts while keeping the blade as straight as possible while the head is descending during the cut. This type of saw has a more robust structure and raises and lowers the entire sawing process up and down hydraulically on precision columns, providing a smooth motion throughout the sawing process.
This reduces vibration, resulting in a better quality cut and a long blade life. A Dual Column Bandsaw is the saw of choice for heavy-duty sawing applications where rigidity and strength are paid back with precise cuts and longevity.
A blade tension gauge helps to ensure the blade is in the correct cutting position and a built-in, self-propelled blade brush prevents chip build-up in blade guides, which feature an integrated coolant system.
