EP77M-1 Silver Conductive Epoxy

Description

A highly conductive silver-filled adhesive/sealant for extreme service applications EP77M-1 is a two-component compound for high-performance bonding and sealing which readily develops a high bonding strength of more than 2000 psi tensile shear. The volume resistivity of the cured system is less than 10-3 ohm-cm.  EP77M-1 offers superior dimensional stability and enhanced chemical resistance over the exceptionally wide temperature range of -50°C to 150°C (-60 to 300°F).

Mixed Polymer System EP77M-1 forms a smooth paste that can be applied with minimal sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. The high-strength bonds offer good rigidity, superior durability, extensive thermal shock resistance and are remarkably resistant to chemicals, including water, oil and most organic solvents. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubbers, and many plastics is excellent. Master Bond EP77M-1 silver-filled adhesive/sealant is recommended for use in demanding mil-spec and PZT piezo ceramic applications as well as in the electronic, electrical, semiconductor, microwave, and automotive industries. For convenient handling, EP77M-1 is now available in premixed and frozen syringes as well as glass jars, and metal containers measured by weight.
